When buying homes or condos in & around the Orange Beach area, you will likely encounter a home or condo owner’s association.  

The first 2 things people think about when you say home owners association is either: 1) Rules! or 2) Fees!  Both ugly words for buyer’s. But an HOA or COA isn’t necessarily a bad thing!  This page will go over basic information about homeowner’s associations, and what is typical in our area of Orange Beach, Alabama.
