My experience with Alisha Hileman listing and selling my home in Bear Point was amazing!  Alisha is an outstanding person and real estate agent. She went above and beyond in so many ways.  She did a lot of rearranging of construction materials in my home to stage it for photos, she advertised the home on many platforms, she held successful open houses, she was in constant contact with me regarding feedback from potential buyers, and from the point we got an offer until the point we closed, she was on top of everything… even doing some things the buyer’s agent should have done.  She was also extremely helpful in assisting me with selling furnishings in my home by listing them on local selling sites.  And after closing, she gave me the sweetest card and the most meaningful gift.  I would highly recommend her if you are hiring a real estate agent in the area!
